    MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

    By submission of this application you agree to the following terms:

    • That you are duly authorised to submit this application on behalf of the above mentioned company;

    • The information supplied above is correct and accurate;

    • I further more agree to be bound by the Constitution, Rules, Regulations and Bylaws, which are now, or hereafter may be in force;

    • We also agree to read and follow the rules and etiquette of golf;

    • By submitting this application you accept that all membership fees payable to THE INDUSTRIAL & COMMERCIAL GOLF LEAGUE is payable annually in advance and is payable within 30 days from receipt of the invoice directly into the League’s bank account: Nedbank, Account Number 1305543270, Branch No 130526;

    • Withdrawal of membership from THE INDUSTRIAL & COMMERCIAL GOLF LEAGUE must be submitted to the committee three months prior to the commencement of the new league season. Failure to do so will result in you being liable for the full membership fee for the new season;

    • Membership is not guaranteed and is subject to approval of the committee.
